How do credits work?
Each action in CompeteScope consumes a specific number of credits based on the underlying API costs. A basic pipeline with 2 competitors and Gemini Flash costs 10 credits. Adding more competitors, premium models, PDFs, or comparative analysis increases the cost. Chat messages and emails cost 1 credit each.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset to your monthly allowance at each billing cycle. Choose a plan that matches your typical usage.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you receive the additional credits right away (prorated by Stripe). Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You won't be able to run new analyses or send chat messages until your credits refill at the next billing cycle, or you upgrade to a higher plan. Existing reports remain accessible.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel via the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the Free tier.
